Before coming to CSU, Patrick was the Director of the Career Center at Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, OH. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Tennessee and a Master’s degree in Counseling from New York University. Patrick is also credentialed as a Global Career Development Facilitator. He is the liaison to the College of Arts and his academic focus area is Fine and Performing Arts.

Randy McCoin

Randy is a military veteran having served in the U.S. Army for 29+ years. At the time of his discharge, he held the rank of Sergeant Major. Before joining CSU, Randy was an Adjunct Professor at the Georgia Military College. He is currently completing his Ed.D. in Leadership and Instructional Practice from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Randy has a Master’s degree from Penn State University in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education as well as Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso. His assigned academic focus area here at CSU is Social Sciences.
Reggie Gooden

Reggie is a U.S. Army veteran with over 30 years of service, retiring at the rank of Command Sergeant Major. He brings extensive leadership, coaching, and workforce development experience to higher education, including his prior role as Regional Director for Military and Veteran Affairs at a national nonprofit, where he guided service members through career transitions into civilian employment. Reggie holds a Master of Education in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education (M.Ed.) degree from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies degree from Liberty University. His academic focus is Humanities, and he serves as the Internship Coordinator, where he is passionate about experiential learning, student development, and creating accessible, supportive career pathways for students and alumni.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with individuals seeking higher education, career growth, and economic mobility. Jamie is passionate about helping students identify their strengths, clarify career goals, and develop the professional skills needed to thrive in today’s workforce. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Troy University and serves as the liaison for the Turner College of Business & Technology, helping students connect their education to meaningful career opportunities.
