Current Role:
Serves as a Career Success Coach for the College of Letters & Sciences, guiding students through every stage of their academic and professional development. Provides personalized career coaching and planning, while partnering with faculty, staff, and industry professionals to connect students with internships, job opportunities, experiential learning, and career events. Dedicated to helping students & alumni build confident, purpose-driven career paths.
• Provides individualized career coaching to students and alumni, guiding them through career exploration, networking, job/internship searches, and effective self-presentation for employment or graduate school.
• Designs and leads career development programs, including workshops, panels, and events aligned with career readiness, in collaboration with academic departments and the First Year Experience Program.
• Cultivates employer and industry partnerships to create internships, job opportunities, and student-employer engagement experiences such as career fairs, networking events, and on-campus recruiting.
• Manages and enhances career resources, maintaining industry-specific tools, content, and digital platforms while using student feedback and labor market insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Tracks and reports on engagement and outcomes, using data to measure program effectiveness and inform strategic planning across Career Center initiatives.
