Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day finance operations, including researching prospective donors, maintaining the donor database, and event preparation
  • Help manage donor outreach, acknowledgments, and communications, ensuring timely and accurate engagement
  • Maintain and update the campaign’s finance database (e.g., NGP, ActBlue, or other platforms)
  • Prepare materials for finance team meetings, donor briefings, and events
  • Provide logistical support for fundraising events, including attendee tracking, RSVPs, and onsite coordination
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and database management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to work long and irregular hours as needed, including evenings and weekends
  • A valid US driver’s license and access to reliable, insured transportation.
  • Based in Orlando, Florida, or willing to relocate

Compensation and Timeline

Compensation: $15/hour

Timeline: This is a full-time, in-person, paid position beginning as soon as possible and running through the Democratic primary on August 18, with the potential to extend through the general election.
