Overview
The Program & Operations Intern supports the planning and execution of Blueprint University’s community-facing events, workshops, and programming. This role sits at the intersection of logistics, community engagement, and operational systems, giving interns direct exposure to how programs are run at an institutional level.
This is a hands-on role. You will help execute events, support operations behind the scenes, and interact directly with participants, partners, and the Blueprint team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end event coordination for workshops, community events, and program activations — from pre-event setup through participant follow-up
- Assist with operational systems including registration tracking, attendance records, vendor communication, and logistics documentation
- Engage directly with program participants to ensure a professional, welcoming experience and support on-site program delivery
- Coordinate event-day logistics including setup, signage, materials, check-in, and breakdown
- Maintain clear communication across internal team members, facilitators, and partners before, during, and after events
- Document event outcomes, gather participant feedback, and contribute to post-event debriefs

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Available approximately 12–14 hours per week, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
- Reliable transportation with access to downtown Dallas
- Able to complete onboarding paperwork (I-9, W-9, agreements) promptly
- Checks email daily and responds within 12–24 hours without follow-up
Comfortable working in-person and on-site at events - This is a hybrid role with required in-person attendance for events and program sessions in the Dallas area
- Accurately tracks and submits hours in alignment with organizational and partner requirements
